Basic Pilates Class

The Community Life Center (CLC) is excited to introduce an invigorating new morning Basic Pilates Class.

Pilates is a type of exercise that focuses on controlled precise movements designed to strengthen your core muscles, improve flexibility, posture, and balance, essentially considered a full-body workout often performed on a mat.

We are pleased to offer this class to both members and non-members of the CLC.
