Summer Pickleball Hours (All Levels)

The Community Life Center (FLC) is excited to introduce an invigorating start to the day with our new Morning Zumba.
Perfect For: Everybody and every body! This Zumba class is designed to bring people together to sweat it on.
How It Works: We take the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. You will see why this fitness class is often called exercise in disguise. Super effective? Check. Super fun? Check and check.
Benefits: A total workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy and a serious dose of awesome each time you leave class.

Aikido Information:This martial arts class is a form of budo (martial ways of self-refinement) - a way of life that seeks to polish the self through a blend of rigorous physical training and spiritual discipline. There is no attack in Aikido. It is an art of self-defense against an unprovoked attack.
Please register using your child’s name and age! Create an account for each child.
Ages: 5-17 year old boys and girls
When: May 17-July 26 2025
Days & Times: Saturdays: 10am-12pm
