Aikido Information: This martial arts class is a form of budo (martial ways of self-refinement) - a way of life that seeks to polish the self through a blend of rigorous physical training and spiritual discipline. There is no attack in Aikido. It is an art of self-defense against an unprovoked attack.

Ages: 8-17 year old boys and girls

Dates: Saturdays, January 24-May 9, 2026 (No Class on February 7 & April 25, 2026)

Times: 10am-12pm
