Team Registration (Coaches Only)

1. Fill Out the Form

   1. Coach will create a profile by filling basic information on the associated link 

   2. Create a Username and Password

   3. Click Team Role and select “Coach”

   4. Click Select One and select Team Registration 

   5. Add team name in the box indicated “Add team name here.”

2. Paying for Your Team

   1. Go to Clients.mindbodyonline.com

   2. Click “Online Store”

   3. Click the drop down menu and select “Youth Holiday Camp”

   4. Pay Associated Fee

   5. To complete payment, you will be prompted to created login to your account. If you do not have one, then you will be prompted to created a login in order to pay. 

3. Once your team is paid for, you will receive an email from someone on the Sports Ministry team regarding when the registration form will be updated with your team’s name so that your players will be able to register.

Team Member Registration

1. Fill Out the Form

   1. Individual will create a profile by filling basic information on the associated link

   2. Create a Username and Password

   3. Click Team Role and select “Coach”

   4. Click Select One and select Team Registration

   5. Add team name in the box indicated “Add team name here.”

Individual with No Team Registration

1. Fill Out the Form

   1. Create a profile by filling basic information on the associated link 

   2. Create a Username and Password

   3. Click Team Role and select “Player”

   4. On next drop down, Click Select One and select “Individual/No Team”

   5. In “Add Team Name Here” box, leave blank

2. Paying for Your Individual 

   1. Go to Clients.mindbodyonline.com

   2. Click “Online Store”

   3. Click the drop down menu and select “Adult Basketball League”

   4. Click “Individual Player Enrollment” 

   5. Pay for your fee

3. Once your fee is paid, you will receive an email from someone on the Sports Ministry team regarding next steps to get you plugged into a team.
